The ISO Light TECH Box™ combines the top features of the Light TECH Box™ with the insulating properties of EPP. The insulating pallet container was developed for a safe transportation and storage of products in pharmaceutical and chemical industries as well as primary packaging of foods. The thermal isolation guarantees a high temperature resistance from +/-4 °C up to 45 hours.

The basic version of the ISO Light TECH Box™ consists of a two-part pallet sleeve and a smaller sleeve for 50{784cd98a86830b8082f142a583a145d13f460e156fadce497235fb935e582680} volume reduction in return.
The multi-part pallet sleeve and the EPP-lining can be space-saving collapsed and stow in the return sleeve.
This version allow easy loading and unloading of the gaylord container, because both sleeve parts can be installed and removed independently and thus enable the access via the side.
For direct transports that don´t require volume reduction in return, the ISO Light TECH Box™ was constructed with a single piece pallet sleeve plus two tailboards. The tailboards facilitate loading and unloading of products.
The single piece pallet sleeve of the gaylord container simplifies the handling in direct traffic.
The ISO Light TECH Box™ has an isolating installation made of EPP. Expanded Polypropylen (EPP) has a top isolation value of 0.042 W / (m ∙ K). The material guarantees an excellent temperature resistance from +/-4 °C up to 45 hours, without further coolants.
EPP is suitable for temperature-sensitive products like drugs and primary-packed food. Besides, it is very shockproof and 100{784cd98a86830b8082f142a583a145d13f460e156fadce497235fb935e582680} recyclable.
The isolating EPP-lining is constructed as a plug-in system; it can be varied flexibly for loading and return.
