Door
The doors on the Light ROLL Box allow the opening of one entire side of the mobile plastic gaylord. Easy removing of large goods.
The ergonomic load removal is made even easier by 2-way locking mechanisms. The opened doors can be locked using hook and loop tape on the outside of the gaylord container. When closed, a bracket locks the doors.
Pallet with rollers
The pallet of the Light ROLL Box consists of a single-piece, form-stable base element with a completely closed, level upper deck and four rollers.
The pallet container offers 4-way clearance for forklifts and can be very easily cleaned. You can freely choose the type and material of the rollers on the pallet.
Minimal roller noises, very comfortable to slide, reliability and durability offer, for instance, high-quality guide rollers made of stainless steel or polyamide wheels with a polyurethane running surface.

The brackets on the pallet and lid can be easily opened and closed simply by clicking them. The brackets on the pallets can also be easily opened and closed with safety shoes.
