Dem erhöhten Marktbedarf nach hochwertigem PP-Recyclat kommen wir mit unseren neuen Kunststoffrecyclinganlage „Erema“ nach, die am 3. April 2017 am Standort in Leinefelde-Worbis eingeweiht wurde.
Mit der Maschine kann selbst stark bedruckte Folie zu hochwertigen PP-Compounds verarbeitet werden – das Ganze jetzt effizienter, mit verbesserter Produktqualität und doppelter Produktionskapazität.
Wir können damit größere Mengen unserer häufig nachgefragten Basic-Produkte anbieten, die unsere Abnehmer bspw. zur Herstellung von Blumengefäßen oder Dachbahnen verwenden.
„Die Anlage verdoppelt unsere Möglichkeiten in diesem Bereich von ca. 2.500 t auf ca. 5.000 t/p. a.“, sagt Uwe Eberhardt, Division Head Compounds bei friedola®TECH, „Die erhöhte Energieeffizienz und die Vermeidung von zusätzlichen Produktionsschritten kommen der Umwelt zugute und zahlen sich für uns und unsere Kunden aus.“
Eine Verbesserung der Qualität rundet das gesamte Paket ab. Der Produktionsausschuss wird zukünftig mehr als halbiert. Davon versprechen wir uns eine erhöhte Outputleistung der Anlage.
„Zudem ermöglicht die Anlage die direkte Einstellung von Füllstoffen und Fließeigenschaften nach Kundenwunsch. Dies war vorher nur in einem doppelten Produktionsschritt möglich“, ergänzt Uwe Eberhardt, der sich für die Investition stark gemacht und die Geschäftsführung zu dieser Anschaffung motiviert hat.
Nach erfolgreichem Project Engineering durch Herrn Siegfried Herz hat CEO Dr. Matthias Stein die Anlage nun an „Division Head Compounds“ Uwe Eberhardt und Produktionsleiter Norbert Gunkel übergeben.
Die neue Anlage ersetzt die bisherige „Erema“ am Standort. Wir verfügen damit über insgesamt vier Extrusionslinien, zwei Materialaufbereitungsanlagen und eine Spritzgussanlage für Multikeile in Leinefelde-Worbis.
